History

1996 December

Established Yinsheng Hardware Store in Liwan District, Guangzhou.

1999

Apply for the registration of the "WYNN“S" trademark.

2000

The trademark "William" was successfully registered.

2001

Established Guangzhou Willish Tools Co., Ltd. The Verizon branded tools went on sale. Verizon Tools participated in the China International (Beijing) Hardware Fair for the first time.

2002

Sales of Willis Tools exceeded 10 million

2003

The various product lines of Willis Tools are basically complete. Won the standing director unit of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Hardware & Electrical Chamber of Commerce.

2004

The first flagship store of WYNN“S Tools opened in Nanhai Guangfo Hardware City.

2005

Won the "Famous Brand" in China's hardware industry. Won the "AAA China Quality Credit Enterprise". Chairman Li Yinsheng was awarded "China's Most Influential Entrepreneur".

2006

Established Foshan WYNN“S Tools Co., Ltd.

2007

The annual sales of WYNN“S tools exceed 100 million yuan, becoming the leader in the hardware tool industry in Guangdong Province. Leading brand, ranks among the top three national tool brands. Chairman Li Yinsheng was elected as the representative of the 15th People's Congress of Shaoyang County.

2008

Won the 2008 "Top Ten Brands" in China's Hardware and Electrical Industry. Won Thirty Years of Brilliance•China Hardware "Innovative Enterprise". Chairman Li Yinsheng was awarded the 30-year Glory•China Hardware "New Talent". Won the 2008 Guangdong Province Contract-abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise. Won the 2008 National Hardware and Mechanical & Electrical "Integrity Manufacturer" unit.

2009

Established Guangdong WYNN“S Hardware Co., Ltd. The opening ceremony of the business building of WYNN“S Hardware Company and the 10th Anniversary Celebration of WYNN“S Hardware Company. Chairman Li Yinsheng was awarded the 2009 "Top Ten People in China's Hardware Industry". Won the 2009 National Hardware & Mechanical "Integrity Manufacturer" unit. Won the Standing Vice President Unit of the Hardware Specialized Committee of China Wujiaohua Commercial Association.

2010

Passed ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification. Chairman Li Yinsheng was awarded the 2010 "Top Ten People in China's Hardware Industry". Won the 2010 "Integrity Manufacturer" of National Hardware and Electrical Machinery. Won the Executive Vice President Unit of Hunan Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province.

2011

The company implements vertical and diversified development. In the same year, the Prince Willis tool brand and WYNN“S lock were born. The company implements horizontal and diversified development and enters commercial real estate. Acquired Nanhai Liulian Packaging Co., Ltd. Established Foshan WYNN“S Packaging Co., Ltd. Established Foshan WYNN“S Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Won the key promotion unit of "China Famous Brand" by China Light Product Guarantee Center. Won the Foshan Quality Management "Quality Brand Enterprise".

2012

WYNN“S tool market share ranks among the best and has become a model of domestic hand tool brands. Chairman Li Yinsheng initiated and prepared the Youth Entrepreneur Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Hardware and Electrical Chamber of Commerce. Chairman Li Yinsheng was elected as the representative of the 16th People's Congress of Shaoyang City. Chairman Li Yinsheng was elected to the 11th Executive Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce). 2014

The WYNN“S trademark was awarded the "Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province". Won the Executive Chairman Unit of Hunan Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province. The Wells Commercial Plaza officially opened, with a leased building area of more than 100,000 square meters. The headquarters and logistics center of WYNN“S Hardware Co., Ltd. started to lay the foundation. The Commencement Ceremony of Phase II of Wells Commercial Plaza.

2015

Won the vice chairman unit of China Wujinjiaodian Chemical Business Association. Won the Foshan City Enterprise Brand "Quality Brand Excellent Enterprise".

2016

The logistics center of Willis Hardware Company was completed and officially put into use.

2017

Won the "Quality Enterprise" of the Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province. The headquarters building of Willis Hardware Company was completed. Passed ISO9001:2015 international quality system certification. The Verizon trademark was awarded the "Famous Trademark of Guangdong Province" again. Won the honor of contract-abiding and credit-worthy unit of Guangdong Province for nine consecutive years (2008-2017). Won the deputy of China Wujinjiaodian Chemical Business Association again Director unit. Chairman Li Yinsheng was re-elected to Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce The Twelfth Executive Committee of the Federation (General Chamber of Commerce). Won the "Top Ten Brands" of Chinese Hand Tools.

2018

Established Guangdong Willis (Group) Co., Ltd. Won the Executive Vice President Unit of Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province. Once again won the Executive Chairman Unit of Hunan Shaoyang Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province.




